Ahoy!

MARLOW PIRATE DAY FRIDAY 27TH MAY

Marlow Pirate Day is back!

2011 looks set to be the biggest and best year yet, with more "Aaarrrrrrs!" and "Yo-ho-hos" than you can shake a wooden leg at. This is your opportunity to unleash the pirate within, so dress up, have some fun and raise some cash for a fantastic local charity.
We are delighted to announce that this year's great cause is the Harry Mills Charity and the Meningitis Research Foundation. Harry was a much-loved local boy who died tragically from Meningitis aged just 11. All proceeds from National Pirate Day will go directly to Harry's fund.

Check out our video below:

There is a brand new addition for this year, The Slug and Lettuce have very kindly agreed to host a Pirate Day Quiz at 1pm on the day, before the pirate party rolls into the Ship in the evening. Keep your eye on this website for more Pirate Day updates and activities, for more information on this year's charity, please log on to HarryMills.co.uk.
